We provide counseling to clients on reasons why they may benefit from a legal separation rather than terminating the marriage. 

Mediation

In a legal separation or a dissolution of marriage, the court will set a trial date.  Because trials are very expensive and emotionally draining, we attempt to resolve as many issues as possible in mediation. 

We provide counseling on the requirements for modifying a parenting plan and or a order of child support and an adjustment.
